Sevastian Winters is part philosopher, part, heretic, part jokester, part businessman and just the slightest bit insane. Whether he's providing fiction or non-fiction, you can count on Sevastian to add a little of off all of his many parts into his work. You will laugh until you cry, cry until you laugh, discover rage in the peaceful and peace in the midst of chaos.
A self-described male to male transsexual (Yes, you read that correctly) who once upon a time took a journey of self discovery to transition from a place of gender incongruity to wholeness, Sevastian dedicates a portion of his time and writing to helping to bridge the gap of understanding between transpeople and those who don't quite understand their plight. The sum total of the ways in which we are all alike far outweighs the sum total of our differences. A Story Teller, who values dedication to craft to reveal his art, Sevastian is the author of dozens of Short Stories and the novel "The TroubleMaker" and will be releasing his next novel, book 1 of a 4 part series, called "Wolf's Rise" in December of 2010 with subsequent books to follow, and in 2011, he plans to release "The Candidate", a novel about a female to male transsexual living in stealth who is three weeks from being elected President of the United States when his secret threatens to destroy him.
As a self publishing/writing coach, Sevastian is the author of the the popular Indie Authors Series of e-books, an ongoing collection of short works designed to help budding authors to bloom to their full potential. Sevastian has a rule in all that he writes: If someone else would write it, let them. There are a lot of people giving advice about writing and self publishing these days. Sevastian tries to say the things that other people miss... the things that make the difference between failure and success.
